It's ON!

OK Friends!  The Game is ON, and it starts tomorrow -MONDAY 8/8!
This is a little about competing, but it's a lot about having some help and accountability with remembering to exercise and eat better, as well as some of the other goals you've been wanting to work on!

There are only a few rules, and then we'll just jump right in!
1) You should enter your own 1's and 0's on the spreadsheet.  Entering a 1 on the spreadsheet means you accomplished the task.  Entering a 0 means you didn't do it.  Try to enter your points every day if you can.
2)  You can not go longer than 4 days without entering points.  Any days after that will get x'd out, and you can't get those points back.
3)  At the end of the challenge, you can choose one day to use as a FREE day - where you can get full points for one day of your choice -- but the FREE day can not reverse x's.  It can only be used to fix 0's.

How to start:
1) Send Jenny your $10.  You can do it through PayPal, or through your Wells Fargo acct.
2) Get on the spreadsheet (email Becky ilveco@gmail.com if you don't have spreadsheet access yet) and look at the tabs across the bottom. 
     a) Click on the Group Tabs to figure out which Tab hosts your individual chart. 
     b) Find the Start Up Tab and begin checking off the things you need to do to get set up before Monday!
3) Hit the ground running on Monday
