Getting Going Again

So what do you guys think is the hardest part of getting back to exercising regularly and eating right?
Is it the fatigue you feel from the exercise?  Forgetting to drink your water? Or what?

For me it's finding the time and motivation to work out. Ugh. :)

For some reason I am having the hardest time with the food journal! I just have zero motivation for it right now, so writing down everything that I eat each day is difficult. But I'm working on it...

i feel like I've been sick off and on for the last few months, which has really made it hard for me to do anything! I finally went and bought a new water bottle, so for the last two days I've at least gotten my water in! Pathetic! :)
